Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, I decided to keep up Vitale tradition and go to Christmas Eve mass, then have an Italian Christmas Eve dinner at my home. It turned out to be great! I made some cookies, an key lime cream cheese ball appetizer (thank you Tastefully Simple!), ceasar salad, bread, buttered rotini (for the kids), lasagna and pasta gigad (sp?). I also got a few bottles of Italian wine as well. People brought over appetizers, fudge, cookies and more wine! We ended up having 15 adults, 6 kids and 2 toddlers and 2 babies. It was definitely a full house, but a lot of fun! It wasn't the same as a Christmas Eve with the Vitale's, but it definitely was a close second!
